Mark has been an icon in Asian business aviation for 35 years, has assembled and led world-class teams of highly seasoned business aviation professionals, implemented the region’s first ICAO compliant Safety Management System for business aviation, and has a reputation for unsurpassed dedication and is always offering to help his industry colleagues.

Mark has held top leadership roles in Asia and was instrumental in the growth of business aviation in the region. Through his strong ability and leadership, Metrojet’s fleet grew from two aircraft to over twenty-five in just four years, and he led the buildup of the first full business jet MRO with multiple approvals from various OEM’s and regulatory agencies.

Mark was the Regional Director of Product Support for Gulfstream Aerospace and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management and an MBA in International Business. His 35-year aviation career took off in the U.S. Marine Corps as an F-4 Phantom and F-18 Hornet fighter aircraft Plane Captain and Engineering Supervisor.

He also held mission-critical business, quality and safety compliance management roles for aviation companies on a global scale. He is a land and seaplane pilot who holds an FAA airframe and power plant (A&P) license with inspector authorization, as well as being an ISBAO and ISO 9001 QMS Auditor.

Lawrence “Larry” Bierce is the Director – Business Development and Sales for T3. He oversees client interactions, to guarantee our service delivery is always 5-star and ensures our customer’s pain points are found before they develop.

Prior to working at T3 Aviation Solutions, Larry was employed as the Project Managers Assistant for the Commercial Field Support Services department at Sikorsky Aircraft in Trumbull, Connecticut.

Larry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Linguistics and Psychology from the University of Connecticut with a focus in Chinese language. He maintains a sincere passion for learning foreign languages and cultures.

Phakkarin Phuisu, an expert in Marketing and Sales, joined the team at T3 as the Thai Director. Phakkarin brings immense value to our growing team with her excellent interpersonal communication skills, Thai language ability, and regional sales experience. She is also a post-holder as our Thai Director for Government Affairs.

Prior to working at T3 Aviation Solutions, Phakkarin worked as a Field Manager for a large life insurance group, based in Bangkok, where she excelled in sales and marketing. Her efforts contributed greatly to the growth of the company and she received numerous awards and accolades for her performance.

A native to Bangkok, Phakkarin is a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Broker and Licensed Real Estate Agent. Phakkarin holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Dusit Commercial College.
